If you find a minor error somewhere, you can apply some liquid paper, or add a polite note to the examiner, but don’t start pulling the whole thesis to pieces at the last minute, deciding your literature review is all wrong, for example. However, distinguishing between the barriers that are affecting your work and your imagined barriers is important for getting moving on your dissertation once more.
