6 June: The congress of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur passes a bill recognizing similar-intercourse couples in concubinage. 16 June: A constitutional amendment to repeal the unenforced ban towards similar-intercourse marriage in Baja California is accepted with 18 legislators in favor, 4 opposed and 1 abstention. 28 June: A single choose bench of the Nepal Supreme Court orders the government to establish a separate register for sexual minorities and non-conventional couples and to temporarily register them.
